Sweet Koshu with a Rich Flavor

Ferment the fruit juice that has been chilled and separated from the frozen water.
The resulting juice has a high sugar content and sourness, so it is sweetened to balance the taste and has a rich flavor with a honey-like sweetness.

After more than 20 years of bottle aging , the cork was also damaged, so it was re-bottled in March 2021 .
