You can enjoy the pleasant harmony of our Pinot Noir aged in oak barrels and Muscat Bailey A brewed using the maceration carbonic method.

Diverse scents such as strawberry, cherry, rosehip and nuts gradually open up.
Very smooth on the palate, with an attack dominated by the brilliance of Bailey A and the wild fruit of Pinot Noir in the middle.
The old barrel gathers the whole in a circle, and the soft aftertaste continues for a long time.

It goes well with pork saute, quiche or pate, vegetable or bean pot-au-feu, and hard cheese.

・The maceration carbonic method is widely known mainly as the manufacturing method of Beaujolais Nouveau.
It is one of the red wine brewing methods in which the grapes are placed in a sealed tank without crushing and filled with carbon dioxide for several days.
The wine produced by this method has a pale and vivid appearance and a light mouthfeel with little astringency.
