They only use Koshu grapes produced by i-vines, Yamanashi Prefecture's first agricultural production corporation specializing in the cultivation of wine grapes, represented by Ikegawa Hitoshi .
We maximize the potential of the grapes at the vineyard stage.

Chateau Sakaori Winery was opened in May 1991 by the Kinoshita Group, an importer and retailer of Western liquor, in Sakaori , overlooking Kofu city. Based on the group's motto of "selecting the finest liquors in the world," the winery exchanges information on the latest wine-making techniques using equipment imported from various countries and a network with 29 manufacturers in 11 countries . Sakaori Winery exists as a base for producing "world-class Japanese wine" and spreading it overseas.
