Kyoei-do 2023 Winter Release White

Delaware harvested in August 2023 is fermented and aged in Otaru barrels, and the whiskey (20%) is captured using Shine Muscat and Koshu grapes.
It is barrel fermented for about one month and then barrel aged for four months.

It has a hint of aroma from the barrel, but also has a slightly waxy element.
Combined with the aroma, it gives a somewhat strong impression.
