In the distant Sengoku period, Osogo, the province of Kai, was the home of the Kurokawa Kinzanshu. Our family has passed down a stamp gift from the Takeda family in 1543 .
In 1834 , a sake brewing business was founded by Kazama Kaikei . Kai Winery Co., Ltd. was established in 1986 in a warehouse that still retains its history .
While breathing new life into tradition and technology since our founding, We aim to produce high-quality wine that matches the delicate taste and food culture of the Japanese people.
