Deeply flavorful and refreshing to drink
GRASSHOPPER was born in 2019.
2020 was the second year of brewing.
As they explored the possibilities, a wine was born that could be considered the prototype of the current GRASHOPPER.
When bottled, the flavor was somewhat rough and assertive, but after three years of bottle aging in our own cellar, it is refined into a rich, refreshing taste.
A pleasant aroma will emerge at around 13°C, slightly higher than refrigerator temperature.
