A gorgeous aroma and a clear taste

After carefully harvesting and destemming the fully ripe Koshu grapes, we use maceration to bring out the full flavor of the fruit.
After slow, long-lasting fermentation at low temperatures using wild yeasts found on the grapes, the wine is carefully batonnaged to create a richly fragrant, deep-flavored wine.

This is the third release of Hanamizuki Bran, brewed and bottled at the new brewery completed in 2021.
Enjoy the minerality and refreshing fruitiness with an unprecedented gorgeous aroma and a clear taste.
