We use our imagination and care to create wines in 720ml bottles. However, on the other hand, wine in sho bottles is part of Yamanashi's culture, so we intend to continue producing it as long as possible. I hope that people who are attracted to this background will try this drink.

It's 2.5 times the amount of a full bottle , so it's a good deal, but oxidation will begin after you open the bottle. However, it is originally intended for evening drinks, so don't worry about the details too much. The aroma and taste will gradually change, but you can drink it deliciously for about a week (it moves quickly in the summer, so drink it as soon as possible). Each of them has recommended drinking vessels that are not wine glasses, so please use this as a reference.

Finally, in order to reduce costs, there are one-sho bottles of wine that use bulk ( mass-produced imported wine) or must (imported concentrated fruit juice), but our wine is made only from grapes grown by local farmers. Tamataki local sake. Please refrain from purchasing if you simply want a bottle of cheap wine.
