Scents of soft oak barrels and berries and apricots.
It has a light color and delicate taste, but has a flavor similar to bar tea, and goes perfectly with Japanese soup stock.

It has a fresh, smooth fruit flavor and a moist aftertaste.
It goes well with red meat such as duck and deer.
