A refreshing, dry Koshu with a floral aroma
After débourbage, the free-run juice of Koshu grapes is fermented using a yeast called AWRI Rosa, which produces a rose-like aroma.
In addition to the citrus fruits such as lemon and kabosu that are typical of the Koshu variety, it has a floral scent reminiscent of honeysuckle and a faint rose.
In the mouth, the fresh acidity continues with a light aftertaste.
