[Mt. Chokai Junmai Daiginjo]

Our recommended Junmai Daiginjo sake has won gold medals in various competitions.

Kamitachika is sweet and gorgeous.
It's well-balanced, soft and urbane.
Although the aftertaste is not very long, this is a pure rice daiginjo sake that you can drink as much as you like with ease.
The rice used is Miyamanishiki grown by the Tenju Sake Rice Research Association and is 50% polished, and the flower yeast "ND-4" extracted from dianthus flowers is used.

This Junmai Daiginjo sake has a rich aroma and juicy acidity that will enhance any dish.

○Extract from Tenju Sake Brewery's official website. Mount Chokai, Akita's pride and joy, is located at an altitude of 2,230m and is a treasure trove of delicate nature.
The pure water produced by the perpetual snow of Mt. Chokai flows underground and springs forth, and it is only then that Tenju sake is made.
Aiming to produce the highest quality local sake possible, we have poured our heart and soul into growing the rice.
Tenju's raw rice varieties, "Sake Komachi" and "Miyama Nishiki," are all grown by Tenju sake rice researchers.
The Tenju Sake Rice Research Association was established in 1983 with the goal of "ensuring that the sake rice used by our company is sourced locally."
With the cooperation of local farmers, led by the brewers, the brewery has a history of over 20 years.
We also practice pesticide-free cultivation and continue to produce higher quality sake rice.
