Founded in 1872, it began in Akadomari, Sado.
Located on the waterfront of a small harbor, Hokusetsu Sake Brewery began making sake as a gentle and welcoming brewery.
After passing through the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras, in 1948, Hazu Sake Brewery Limited Company was established.
In 1993, the company changed its name to Hokusetsu Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., and continues to do so to this day.
Skilled techniques that have been preserved and passed down since the company's founding.
