Slowly fermented and then aged in French oak barrels.
It features red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry, with notes of blueberry, earthy aromas, cedar from the barrel, and a hint of greenness reminiscent of tomato stems.

The acidity, accompanied by umami, and gentle, subtle tannins make this a red wine that softly complements any meal.
