・Origin of “the moon after the rain”
The brewery's signature sake, ``Amego no Tsuki,'' was named by the second generation brewer, Itaru Aihara, after the short title of novelist Roka Tokutomi's essay ``Nature and Life,'' published in 1889 .
``In the sky after the rain, the moon shines brightly and brightly illuminates the surroundings.'' This is the name that the brewer has always set as his goal to brew such clear and beautiful sake.
