This is a thick, cloudy plum wine made with sweet potato shochu and crushed plum pulp.
It has a strong acidity and a refreshing taste that is not too sweet.
This cloudy plum liqueur is made by soaking fresh green plums in rock sugar and the raw liquor Satsuma Godai sweet potato shochu, giving it a faint sweetness and aroma , and adding crushed Nankou plum pulp.
It has a fruity aroma, and the soft texture of the fruit flesh in your mouth is irresistible.
