Toriihei's own field and Fuefuki Ichinomiya's Koshu are brewed in the first bottle (bottling before the end of fermentation).
Uses natural yeast, no sugar, no acid, no added sulfites.

You can enjoy the scent of citrus and peach, and the acidity and bitterness of Koshu.

Please leave it in the refrigerator for several hours or more, and open it slowly after sinking the dregs firmly.
