[Seven Ken Alain Ducasse Sparkling Sake]

Sparkling sake jointly developed by French chef Alain Ducasse and a long-established brewery in Yamanashi

This drink was developed with inspiration from the Mediterranean, the terroir of French master Alain Ducasse's heart.

The flavor was directed by Gerard Margeon, chef sommelier at Ducasse Paris, and the wine was completed after many exchanges of opinions.
This sparkling sake is brewed using the Kijoshu method, which involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle like champagne, using sake instead of brewing water, and is aged in very rare cherry blossom barrels.

The rich, fresh bubbles give off a scent with hints of cherry.
Aging in barrels brings waves of sweetness tinged with a hint of bitterness, resulting in a gentle and pleasant aftertaste.
The fruity flavors stimulate the tongue and blossom all at once, followed by the sweetness and bitterness from the barrels that slowly wash over you from the depths, resulting in a gentle, lingering aftertaste that passes by pleasantly.
