The pure rice sake brewed in the spring is slowly aged in a low temperature environment.
It has a fresh, freshly squeezed taste and a soft, rounded mouthfeel.
While most hiyaoroshi sakes are recommended to be drunk warm, Shichiken's hiyaoroshi can be enjoyed at your preferred temperature: chilled, at room temperature, or warm.
When drinking chilled wine, we recommend using a wine glass, which allows you to more clearly appreciate the breadth, depth, and aroma of the flavor.
