Honjozo brewed locally and passed down from generation to generation

This brewed sake is brewed in Hakushu, a village of famous water, using underground water from Mt. Kaikomagatake in the Southern Alps.
We use "Hitogokochi Asahi no Yume," which is grown by contracted farmers in a high-altitude area of ​​Hokuto City.
By letting the rice slowly rest in the brewery, we bring out the light flavor of the rice.
This is a bottle that you can enjoy from cold sake to hot sake that goes well with food.
