Yamatozakura potato shochu is brewed by the 5th generation owner, Tetsumoto Wakamatsu, after working at an advertising agency before joining the family business.
The koji is carefully made in small batches in a “muro lid”, and both the primary and secondary preparations are made in a total jar.
