Omachi's rice power x mountain waste = plenty of rice

We use Omachi from Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture.
A scent reminiscent of banana and caramel.
The juicy flavor typical of Omachi rice is rounded out by the acid derived from Yamahai, resulting in a very well-balanced finish.
