This carefully brewed Daiginjo sake is made primarily from Special A region Yamadanishiki and Senbonnishiki, polished to 40%.
This sake is bottled and pasteurized just once, then aged in the refrigerator for a short period before being released from the cellar.

In addition to the elegant softness characteristic of Senbonnishiki, you can also feel the structure of Yamadanishiki, and the gorgeous aroma and sweet flavor of Daiginjo slowly spreads across your tongue.

If you're a sake lover, this is a drink you'll want to try at least once.
