Many years have passed since "Mogura" was born from the desire to drink delicious shochu.
I got a wonderful red potato this time, and I felt like I wanted to ask the world about it.
Then, the potatoes are cooked to perfection, brewed, and carefully distilled.
I decided to name the sake “Akamogura”, a sweet potato shochu.
