[Amabuki] Ginjo kasutori shochu]

The unique aroma of flower yeast fills your mouth.

A rich and gorgeous flavor reminiscent of ginjo sake, such as melon, white peach, and apple.
Due to aging, it is soft on the palate and has a refreshing aftertaste.

The freshly squeezed sake lees are packed with plenty of fragrant ingredients and rice extract with healthy yeast.
The sake lees are taken out and immediately lightened, then water is added and fermented in tanks for about two weeks.
It seems that fresh sake kasu will start fermenting soon.

Distilled under reduced pressure for a gorgeous and light flavor.
By storing this shochu in a jar for at least one year and aging it in a storage tank for several years, it becomes more mellow.
On the rocks is recommended because the goodness of the material is utilized.
