This umeshu is made using the highest quality Kishu ripe Nanko plums, which are pickled with the fruity scent of ripe plums and then aged and stored.
For the preparation water, we use Kishu's famous water ``Tomita no Mizu,'' which won the Monde Collection Grand Gold Award.
Umeshu unprocessed ``Babao Source'' is filled as is without adding water like regular plum wine. Alcohol content: 20 %.
This is an unblended plum wine that allows you to fully enjoy the fruity aroma and flavor of ripe Nanko plums.
