Made using purple sweet potatoes from Kagoshima Prefecture and black koji, the brewing and fermentation is done at low temperatures and then distilled at normal pressure.
This new shochu is then finished without any filtration.
The rich, sweet aroma of potatoes and the rich yet soft flavor spread throughout your mouth.
You can enjoy it any way you like, on the rocks, with water, or with hot water.
