Chateau Sakaori's first orange wine, limited to 453 bottles for test brewing!
The winery's first orange wine created by female winemaker Hiromi Fujimoto.

Beautiful orange color.
You can feel the aroma of spices such as clove, cardamom, and cinnamon, and the sweet impression of ripe Japanese citrus.
In the mouth, it has moderate acidity and a slight sweetness, with fruitiness reminiscent of loquats and apricots, and a black tea-like texture, with just the right amount of astringency that spreads throughout the mouth.
