Made with 100 % fully ripe Koshu seeds from Yamanashi Prefecture .
A dry white wine made using the Surlie method after low temperature fermentation.

It has a crisp acidity and aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits, green apples, and herbs.
It has a lively texture with beautiful acidity and refreshing flavor.
The aftertaste is accented with the vibrant bitterness of the Koshu variety.

A family-run winery founded in 1939 .
It began in 1932 when several farmers got together and began brewing wine for their own consumption. After that, we established a corporation.
Currently, Yoshio Amemiya, who studied at the University of Bordeaux in France for one year and then trained under a famous winemaker in Burgundy, is the main producer of wine.
