This is a standard cuvée made with carefully cultivated Muscat Berry A , which is specially grown for winemaking under the guidance of Team Kizuvin Hitoshi Ikegawa .
Fermentation follows cold maceration and aging in French and American oak barrels for 17 months.
The aroma of red fruits appears after a while after opening, and the barrel is not too overpowering, with a youthful acidity and a mouthfeel rich in fruit flavors such as dark cherry and strawberry.
It's a red wine with a refreshing aftertaste that won't make you tired of drinking.
