This is a barley shochu with a wonderful flavor that combines a well-balanced barley aroma, deep umami and richness, and a refreshing taste.
The roasted barley aroma comes from the black koji brewing process, and the sweetness of rice koji spreads in your mouth.
Distilled in wooden barrels and using black koji. To bring out the best in the ingredients, it is distilled at normal pressure and aged for at least two years before being released to the world.
We especially recommend mixing it with hot water or drinking it lukewarm with a pre-mixed sake as a drink with your meal.
