"Coco Farm Winery" is located at the foot of a mountain vineyard that was opened in the 1950s.
We make wine from 100% Japanese grapes, and we do not use any herbicides or chemical fertilizers in our own fields, and fermentation at our brewery is mainly done using natural wild yeast.
We place great importance on listening to the voice of the grapes and making use of their unique characteristics.
