Made with 100% Koshu grapes from Katsunuma.
By squeezing the juice at a lower rate than usual, we are able to reduce the bitterness and astringency that is characteristic of the Koshu variety.
In addition, the wine is fermented at low temperatures to bring out the aroma and flavor, and brewed using the sur lie method to bring out its richness and flavor.
It has a scent reminiscent of white peach and pear, and is a dry white wine that is full-bodied and easy to drink.
