The sake rice we use, `` Tsuyahime , '' is a rice of hope that Yamagata Prefecture has carefully selected from 100,000 seedlings over 10 years with the aim of making it the most delicious rice in Japan .
This is a sake that incorporates our desire to create a drink that lets you feel Yamagata's agriculture with each cup.
Although the scent is a little more subdued than other Dewazakura, it has a gorgeous scent reminiscent of La France.
This sake is gentle on the palate and has the elegant sweetness and flavor characteristic of rice.
