Shirataki Dokara Junmai 1800ml
[Shirataki Spicy Junmai]
Uses the brewery's original "Sexy Yamamoto Yeast"
It's very dry at +15 , but you can taste a slight sweetness when you put it in your mouth.
However, as soon as you swallow it, the spiciness hits you all at once, and you'll be amazed by this unexpected two- stage attack.

<The brand name Yamamoto>
Since the company's founding, the flagship brand has been "Shirabaku," a waterfall located behind the brewery.
In 2007 , when the brewery was on the verge of bankruptcy, Yamamoto, the successor, made up his mind and abolished the toji system.
In the first year of sake brewing, they took on the challenge with their backs against the wall, and miraculously produced a delicious Junmai Ginjo.
The "Yamamoto" brand was born with advice from a local liquor store.
<Alcohols that are the subject of stories>
A typical sake label lists not only the rice and yeast, but also detailed information such as the sake meter value, acidity, and amino acid content.
"Don't drink sake with your head. Drink it with your heart."
Yamamoto's style is to include casual information such as the producer being a motorbike rider or having retired from the fire department.
