Made using grapes grown in the former Kushigata Town of Minami Alps City. Cultivation with reduced pesticides.
Since the harvest of Chardonnay from our own garden was small and we could not brew it alone, we brewed it with a few percent of Chardonnay.
It has a bitter taste derived from Koshu and a faint scent of plum, making it a perfect match for Chinese food.

Kako Hosaka, a cultivator and winemaker, worked in food and wine-related jobs such as food coordinator and restaurant production before making a U-turn to Yamanashi Prefecture in 2016.
He received a bachelor's degree in wine science from the University of Yamanashi, and was engaged in wine analysis, research assistance, and winemaking at the Yamanashi Prefectural Wine Center.
We started growing grapes in 2016, and since we don't have a brewery yet, we are preparing to open a winery in our hometown of Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and are making wine through contract brewing at Domaine Hide and Miyo Jozo.
Good wine comes from good grapes. Based on this belief, we aim to use 100% of our own grapes, and aim to do everything from raw materials to winemaking.
