Haenuki from Yamagata Prefecture is polished 65%, and four-step brewing is done using Kyokai No. 10 yeast.
It is the origami of pure rice unfiltered unprocessed sake with a sweet finish.
Four-stage brewing means that the sake produced by brewing one more step after the usual three-stage brewing has a stronger sweetness.

It has a scent reminiscent of peach, and when you put it in your mouth, you will feel a fresh gas and a refreshing sweetness and umami.
The elegant sweetness and acidity of muscat and white grapes make it easy to drink.
It has a good balance of umami and sharpness, so it goes well with sushi and sashimi.
