This sake is made from 100% "Jugemu," a rare rice variety suitable for sake brewing grown in Fukuoka Prefecture, and is polished to 50%.

A gentle ginjo aroma reminiscent of sweet and sour fruit.
The smooth, deep, glossy sweetness and umami flavor flows effortlessly through the mouth, with a light bitterness rounding it all off.
Of course, it can be enjoyed on its own, but this Junmai Daiginjo is also recommended as a drink to accompany meals.

Founded in 1778 (7th year of the An'ei era), Eiko Fuji is a sake brewery in the Oyama area of ​​Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, with ties to the Sengoku period warlord, Kato Kiyomasa.
They are committed to brewing almost every season, and produce fresh new sake every month, such as Yaminari Shusui, Shichisei, and Mori no Kuma-san, using different types of sake rice and yeast.
