Founded in 1778 (Yasunei 7th year). Eikofuji is a sake brewery in the Oyama area of ​​Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is associated with the Sengoku period military commander, Kiyomasa Kato.
We brew almost all seasons, and every month we produce fresh new sake, such as Yami Shusui, Nanasei, and Mori no Kuma-san, using different types of sake rice and yeast.
We offer a variety of unfiltered unprocessed sake.
