[Glory Fuji Star Heaven Route Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake]

Junmai Daiginjo brewed with "Suisei" sake rice, which is a hot topic in the Japanese sake industry!

We use "Suisei" rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, from Hokkaido, and we use "YK009", a newly developed ginjo yeast from Yamagata Prefecture.

Refined ginjo incense. If you put it in your mouth, you will feel a refreshing acidity.
The clear and light umami and sweetness of the rice flows smoothly through the mouth, and the aftertaste is also good.
It's a refreshing Junmai Daiginjo with no peculiarities, so it's a summer-only sake that goes well with meals.
