The second release of Beer Distilled Gin is an upcycled Ross beer. "Off Trail - Azeotrope Beer Distilled Gin Sansho Punch New Pot" is carefully distilled twice in a pot still in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is infused with oak chips.

The vibrant flavor of sansho pepper is combined with the rich, woody flavor of American oak to create a mellow taste reminiscent of vanilla and maple, resulting in a layered, complex flavor.

The aftertaste has a refreshing citrus taste like lemon and lime in addition to the Japanese pepper. This is a craft gin that you can enjoy slowly, taking in the mellow aroma, either straight or on the rocks.
