Merlot with deep fruit flavor and heavy tannins

A field blend of Nobuhiro Takeda, a young farmer who is working on organic cultivation.
He also started making wine in 2020, partly because he has experience brewing at a sake brewery and because he is a wine lover.

Merlot only this time. Nobuhiro Takeda's Merlot in 2021 was the best finish ever.
Even at the beginning of October, the timing and amount of leaf removal and bunch picking were perfect, and of course the wine was a wonderful finish.

After fermenting for 2 months in an open tank, it is pressed and aged for 15 months before bottling.
After another year of aging in the bottle, it was released.

I think it will be a few more years before it is ready to drink, but even as of 2023, it is a wine with a rather dark color, with well-ripened grapes and slightly heavy tannins.
