A pure white wine with a pronounced fruit aroma
The wine used is Koshu from contracted farms in Katsunuma Town and Yamanashi City, and Chardonnay from the company's own vineyards in Makioka Town.
Various Koshu raw sakes from different regions, yeasts, fermentation conditions, and brewing methods are blended after fermentation to achieve complexity and balance.
A pale, transparent lemon yellow.
It has citrus scents such as grapefruit, lemon, and lime, as well as tropical scents of apple, white peach, pear, pineapple, and passion fruit.
In the mouth it has a high acidity and is refreshing, with a good balance of fruitiness and alcohol.
The aftertaste is medium and the finish is refreshing.

Fermentation: 14 days in stainless steel tanks (Koshu), 1.5 months in wooden barrels (Chardonnay)
