A dry white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in our own farms and aged in barrels for about 6 months.
Rich fruit flavor and solid acidity, herbal scent reminiscent of yellow peach and sage.
It is a comfortable book with an elegant barrel scent that spreads like chasing it.

It goes well with fried shrimp, squid, and white sauce gratin.

The theme of the limited selection is "Gorgeous Japanese wine, carefully finished in a small tank".
