You can feel the deep richness and rich and wide taste unique to Yamahai-shikomi, and the aftertaste is characterized by a strong aftertaste and a quick finish.

The result is a rich flavor that can only be produced by Uehara Sake Brewery, which uses brewed yeast and wooden tank Tenbin Shibori.
