Furoizumi Hiyaoroshi of Uehara Brewery selected a candidate tank for the first drink in July.
Finally, it is matured moderately in the September tasting, and the tanks that can be expected to mature further are selected and released as the year's hiyaoroshi.

It is a dry type of hiyaoroshi with a smart rice flavor.
Even if it's dry, it's still a fountain of youth!
It does not make you feel hot all over, and you can feel the umami, and the elegant sourness is very comfortable and sharp.
It's a sake with a good balance of umami and spiciness that you can't help but drink.
