We only bottle the medium-quality portion of the sake.
It has a smooth mouthfeel, typical of Nakakumi, and has an exquisite balance between the rich, powerful flavor and delicacy that is unique to Yamahai brewing.

It has a rich flavor, but the appeal is that it has a nice sharpness in the second half.
This is an introductory sake to Furosen.
