[Furozumi Yamahai Shikomi Junmai Ginjo Shiga Tosen Unfiltered Raw Unprocessed Sake]

A piece with a dignified depth and sharp acidity.

This is a sake that has been ranked as the No. 1 sake that goes well with meat at Dancyu in the past.
The ferry used is a sake rice that originated in Shiga Prefecture, where the brewery is located, and is also famous as the father of Yamada Nishiki (Tankan ferry).
It is said that Watarufune and Omachi are the same rice, but Uehara Sake Brewery says, ``Although they have the same sweet, plump, and round flavor, they have a different straight sourness.''

It has a refreshing banana-like aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you feel a soft sweetness and a rounded flavor.
The bitterness and juicy acidity are pleasant, and the balance with the firm flavor is excellent.
