Potato shochu released in commemoration of the Modern Master Craftsman Award
This is a commemorative potato shochu that was awarded the modern master craftsman award in 2013 by Yasumitsu Kurose .
The koji is a blend of sake that has been stored for 3 to 5 years using Kawachi fungus and G- type white koji.
The harmonious characteristics of white koji stand out, and the taste of old sake is added to create a very soft sake.
A gorgeous aroma and a rich lingering aftertaste.
A high-quality potato shochu with an award-winning finish.
