[With exclusive box] Gado Ichiro 1800ml
[Gado Ichiro]
Potato shochu released to commemorate the Modern Master Award
This is a commemorative sweet potato shochu that was awarded the Contemporary Master Craftsman award in 2013 by Yasumitsu Kurose, the chief brewer of the Kurose Toji tradition .
The koji used is Kawachi mold and G -type white koji, and is a blend of sake that has been stored for 3 to 5 years.
The balanced character of white koji stands out, and the addition of the taste of aged sake creates a very soft sake.
A gorgeous aroma and a mellow flavor with a rich aftertaste.
This is a high-quality potato shochu with a finish worthy of an award-winning sake.
