[Goryu plum pure rice ginjo cool breeze summer sake]
Refreshing dry Junmai Ginjo for summer
The alcohol content has been lowered to create a sake that is refreshing and comfortable to drink in the summer.
The elegant fragrance spreads out, and it has a crisp dry finish with a firm body that is typical of Garyubai.
・Origin of the sake name "Garyuubai" "Garyuu" means a dragon that is hidden in the ground, and is an analogy of Zhuge Liang, a hero who hid in the private sector without a chance to develop his ambition. At a Zen temple near Sanwa Sake Brewery, there is a ``Garyuubai'' planted by Tokugawa Ieyasu, and Ieyasu, who would later become the ruler of the world, also had a period of ``Garyuu.'' Learning from the legend of Garyu, it was named "Garyuubai" in the hope that it would eventually be praised as the best sake in the world.
