・Origin of the sake name ``Garyumei'' ``Garyong'' means a dragon hidden in the ground, and is an example of Zhuge Liang, a hero who hid in the civilian world without having the opportunity to advance his aspirations. In the Zen temple near Sanwa Sake Brewery, there is a ``Garyu plum'' tree that is said to have been planted by Ieyasu Tokugawa, and Ieyasu, who later became a ruler of Japan, also lived in the age of Garyu. Learning from the story of Garyu, he named it ``Garyuume'' with the hope that it would eventually be hailed as the world's finest sake.
